“Although this is not a very long trip, within a week in Cannes, I watched 11 films, from many different countries, all very well shot and produced with well written script. The presentation in the different cinemas are perfect in brightness and sound which are missed from many cinemas in Hong Kong, and the color of the projections deeply impacted me. I also took many photos in 3d and 2d for my record of these nice memories, and enjoyed the local ambience of the festival. Besides that I also met with directors and producers from France, Turkey, Sicily and Beijing and talked about our projects and also mentioned about future projects that we might work on in the future. The strong passion of the film makers and the strong passion of audience there deeply impressed me and made me hungry to make better films! Now All I wanted is to write better scripts and made them into great movies.”
