Every time when we discussed about the situation in Hong Kong after each screening, it seems like I am obligated to let the others know what is happening on the other side of the world. Besides, I am also inspired by the other filmmakers I have encountered in the festival. I was honoured to have met a Japan independent filmmaker, Ueda Shinichiro. We have come across a topic, how to overcome the difficulty of lack of resources. I was inspired when he told me that he would see "limitations" as a window for creativity. It was a very fruitful experience. I would like to thank IFFR for their acknowledgement as it encouraged me to keep making films. I sincerely hope that there will be a chance for me to enter the Tiger Competition in the near future.
