Synopsis Cities from all over the world are becoming visually similar, homogenized with similar building styles and highway systems. The commonality is a result from developments without creative thinking, and a universal goal for low costs and high profits. These kinds of developments distance and disconnect people. They move faster and faster as developments go faster and faster. Eventually, one may ask whether developments bring betterment for citizens, or if it only makes a country’s GDP look better.

"The whole country is just like paradise and is the place I always dream for. I had a few screenings at the Festival, some of them focus on black and white film, one for animation and one made locally, their standard are very high. HONG KONG SHORT FILM: NEW ACTION EXPRESS is a good project, my exchange programme could not make possible without the support and would lost the chance to explore the opportunity to the industry and the cultural difference in other places and let us review what we are doing and plan for the next step..
