While at the same time, I got the chance to see plenty of short films and animations all over the world in Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. Their productions were so well-planned and stories well-written that really worth to be taken as reference. I encountered a director in colour who featured a kid in colour as the protagonist for his film, which inspired me that through short films different issues could be discussed. I also came across teachers bringing their kindergarten kids to animation screenings, which impressed me with how the French people see the enlightenment of people’s interest in arts and culture as an important part for personal growth. Through this trip to France, I have also built important connections with directors, special effect artists and actors/actresses. I hope this would help develop my career in creative and also the industry of film production.”
