Synopsis In China, if the perpetrators causes injuries which lead to disability, loss of work and self-care ability. The perpetrators will be held responsible for the future living and medical expenses of the injured, while not everyone would be able to afford that huge amount. On the contrary, the perpetrators wound only need to pay for a finite amount of money to the families of the deceased if the injured is dead. Therefore, many of the perpetrators choose to kill the injured as to avoid the unending liability. And this is one of their stories.

interested in local works. They are not mush interested in HK work thus
sometimes there could only be a few audiences at screening venue.
To me, it’s better to attend Asia film festivals first, as we have similar
culture, which enables easier co-understandings. After building a certain level
of recognition, it could be the time to join overseas festivals.”
