Short films are selected and shown on every third Thursday from March to August 2014.

HONG KONG SHORT FILM: NEW ACTION EXPRESS (NAE) is a scheme aiming to promote excellent Hong Kong short films and videos locally and abroad, by sponsoring local talents to attend international film festivals and first-class cultural events. They will be introduced to global audiences and to engage in rewarding exchanges. Four titles, including drama, documentary and animation, were officially selected in Hannover up-and-coming International Film Festival in November 2013. The Festival targets at providing a platform for young potential creative talents. These four titles will be brought to Hong Kong this April. It will be an opportunity to watch the outstanding work from local young filmmakers
